I do enjoy my Magma as well, but for those interested it's an RDA meant more for flavor. Has a much tighter draw then most RDAs currently on the market. Has a deep juice well and its an all around great RDA. However it doesn't take 40 drops lol is this a typo?Try Magma, takes 40+drops!
Trolls are nice, but it's kinda the same thing as a Mutation X v3, and they have the troll face on it which i don't really like.Check out the troll rda. Nice deep juice well. It's prolly my favorite atty so far.
The velocity will probably be my next RDA. It's absurd how fast clones were made...like it's just being released now and the clones are everywhere. I'm waiting on my vapemail at the moment, a dotmod Petri RDA & drip tip. I've been wanting one since I saw it months ago and finally decided to pull the trigger. The Velocity looks really good, the Hobo V3 is janky and got a bit of a slating by RT.

I'd have to say if you're looking for an RDA on a budget, the Mutation X v4 can do pretty much everything. I use mine with only the bottom airflow open and the sides closed off. The cloud production is still good.
If you're willing to spend some money, check out the Hobo v3, or the Velocity by Avid Vaper when it comes out. The velocity RDA is a pretty unique set up with its airflow control, Riptrippers has a review on it and he absolutely loves the thing. View attachment 461937
I have the mutation x v4 as well. It just leaks too much for my liking. It is nice though. For me the troll is easier to build on as well.
Once you get the coil placement and wicking tucked down in the juice wells on the v4 the leaking stops. Other than that, any RDA can leak if you over fill itI have the mutation x v4 as well. It just leaks too much for my liking. It is nice though. For me the troll is easier to build on as well.
Just recently purchased a Mutation X V4 (loved the line). To me it looks like it'll act somewhat similar to the Magma, but with far more airflow from underneath the coil and of course the side vents. Plus I'll be able to throw on wider Ni coils w/ thicker gauge easily with the post design. Me thinks I'll retire my V2 which works decently for TC.Once you get the coil placement and wicking tucked down in the juice wells on the v4 the leaking stops. And @RandyF, why not get a cheap $20 clone to see if you like it first? Tobeco's clones aren't that bad.
Ya man it's a great atty when set up properly (coils directly over bottom air holes, cotton packed deep into the juice well), my only gripes with it are the wide bore drip tip is just okay, the clear plastic spacer makes it look cheap, and the thinness of the barrel & top cap AFC compared to the v3 I own.Just recently purchased a Mutation X V4 (loved the line). Apparently Indulgence is releasing a v4 mini already...saw this on Instagram a day or two ago. Makes me really wish I waited haha. Whatever though, got my Petri in on Saturday, couldn't be happier with herComing from the v2 I don't think I'll complain too much. After using the Magma profusely this past month it should work in my favor, used to setting up the same way. Not sure if it'll have the plastic bit as I didn't see it in the classified pic I purchased. Even if not then no biggie honestly.
