Okay so ive been vaping for a while now and want to get into RDAs and Mech Mods. I was planning on getting a Nimbus rda that is drilled from Ebay and start off with that. If you guys recommend any other RDAs for around $15 please let me know. I just dont want to drill the airflow. As for mech mods, I have no clue. I looked at fast tech and do want to start with a clone from there so what do u guys recommend for under $20? Also, should I use 18650 or 18630? thanks a bunch guys

You can give one of the Nemesis clones a whirl. They seem to be popular. Make sure to read the discussion page before buying, to read up on any known issues with that particular item. Also, don't go cheap on the batteries, the charger, and some good meters. Ohm meter and volt meter, or a good multimeter are needed for mech mods.

For rebuilding supplies, check out Lightening Vapes or Temco for Kanthal. Lightening Vapes has other rebuilding supplies too, like wicking, tools, etc... I personally prefer the Japanese cotton pads for wicking. I think it's easier to estimate the right amount needed for my coils as all the fibers go in one direction. Could be in my head, but I think theres better taste as well. I get bags from Muji.com. $2.50 per bag that'll last a lifetime, plus around $5 for international shipping. Comes fast though. Others prefer KoGenDo, another brand of the Japanese cotton, but it's pricier and usually out of stock. I think Muji is the same thing in the end. Cotton from CVS works as well, and I was happy using that, but then went and ruined it trying the Japanese stuff. Ordinary cotton from a pharmacy is cheaper of course.
