Thought this unit was going to be a winner........but battery stopped responding(auto) after a week of use. Nhaler wants me to go out of my way to return the battery with a note explaining what's wrong.
I buy a lot of stuff from puresmoker and v4l etc and have never had any issues with customer service. If something is defective, a real supplier will get a new one out to you and ask for the defective one to be returned after delivery of the replacement.
Brutal. Nhaler = fail

I've found that most suppliers, as with the majority of businesses in general, require the defective device returned before replacing it. It's really just good business practice to ensure that the business itself is not getting ripped off. While some ecig suppliers are bending over backwards to make customers happy in a developing, volitile, highly competitive market, don't blame others for holding to tried and true standard practice.

that and they can send it back to the manufacturer and attempt to control quality of the product....nhaler has always been a decent and good supplier...that's why they wone the vapey award for best overall supplier...

meanwhile I find the V4L products trash...they know they're trash...that's why they don't ask for em back...

funny how experience varries aint it...I've bought from V4L once...and wouldn't send them another thin red dime ever...they couldnt get a simple basic order correct and it took aver 2 weeks for them to get it fixed...Freebies don't make up for getting orders wrong and poor overall CS...

meanwhile you're talking about a greencig...single battery unit that costs $60 and you're upset that they want the defective one back first before they send a replacement?....are you serious?

I was serious. Until I looked at it from their perspective.
I'm not a scammer looking for a free battery so it was unexpected that they wanted me to send back first.
LOL, nobody thinks your a "scammer."

A lot of the folks on this site have been around quite a while and they know the good suppliers from the bad. Believe me, if a supplier is not reputable they will tell you so and they will name names.

And ... its good they are up to speed on how the good suppliers conduct business. That's good info for all of us. Your initial concern was an honest one.

I appoligize if I sounded harsh...sometimes I come across that way...

it's just that lately there seems to have been a trend of people on here that have some completely unreasonable expectations of vendors....and they post threads warning against the vendor and their "poor" CS when the vendor puts their foot down...

remember that several of these vendors are mom and pop type operations...they pay out to the manufacturer for these and then resell them...if an item is defective then by getting it back from you they can send it back to the manufacturer to get it replaced themselves...if they replace it without getting the defective one back then they're eating the cost.... and greencig products are not cheap items...
