Ni200 Tempered vs Annealed

I've tried to find the difference between the two (other than annealed being softer)
Is there any difference? Should I stay away from one or the other, or is it just a preference thing?

tempered is when metal has been heated and quickly cooled to induce a "springyness" to it
annealed is when a metal has been heated and allowed to cool slowly making for a more "softer" wire

if you dry burn your coil it anneals it...

Thanks for the reply @Bunnykiller! I was asking because the site I usually buy my wire from has both options of Ni200 and didn't know which to buy. I guess I should just buy the one I'd rather work with, right? I mean, will I get the same vape quality from both?

yup... once you dry burn tempered it becomes annealed. only advantage to tempered is "seems" to be easier to work with when forming the coil and wicking it since it is a tad bit stiffer ....
