The closest ones to you that I can think of are vaporskitchen in mississauga and mapleleafvapes in GTA....not really that close but shipping shouldn't take long at all.

Flavour Crafters is west of the GTA somewhere, can't quite remember where, and Electronic-Cigz/Crystal e-liquid is in Guelph. (Crystal is technically in New York but they transfer stock daily to the Guelph location to ship out of there.) Those are the closest I know of to the Niagara region.
