My friend started using her Joye 510 again and I promised to mix up some cinnamon for her, using candy flavor, VG and 26mg unflavored juice from Liquid Xpress.

I don't have any way to measure the recipes. She's not getting any nicotine crave reduction with a few drops of the 26mg in a tiny bottle of VG. Can someone tell me, using DROPS as a measurement, what the equivalent strength would be of an average cigarette?

A few drops of 26mg is nothing.

Most DIYers use 60 or 100mg/ml nicotine.

Your nic juice would require roughly 20 drops for 26mg of nicotine. So if you had a 5ml batch of juice and you added 20 drops of nic you would only have ~5mg juice. Most people need between 12-24 and 36mg for heavy smokers.

With 26mg you're better off just adding your flavorings right in and cutting it to strength with the VG.

Try mixing your VG and cinnamon and adding an equivalent amount of the nic juice. That would be ~13mg and you could go up from there.

This basic calculator indicates drops as a measurement if you're doing small quantities eJuice Recipe Calculator. Be aware that drops as a unit of measurement are not very accurate though. You can get some small syringes at a pharmacy, just look for oral syringes with blunt tip plastic needles. They're used for giving liquid medication to infants.

Thank you very much. I really like that calculator, will try to mix some up tonight.

EDIT: I started with 25 drops of nic juice, 15 VG and 10 cinnamon. Way too strong in the flavor department so I ended up with two drops, and she said it helps her nic fits. Hopefully with this formula she'll wean off cigarettes and her health will improve.
