If i have a 30ml bottle of juice with 3mg nicotine and I want to make it 6mg nicotine how many drops should I use?

Drops are a terrible unit of measure, especially when nicotine is involved.

What strength nicotine are you adding.

1ml of 24mg per 6ml of 3mg will give you 7ml of 6mg

Hold on are both mix's the same PG/VG ratio if not your be changing those values also.
