Without knowing exactly how much (how many ml) of juice she is vaping per day is't not easy to give a scientific answer. I would say "probably" more but what of it? Is this really a concern? Nicotine is about as evil as caffeine (perhaps a little more addictive) and I remember when I was a heavy smoker I would smoke so much sometimes I would make myself sick because I enjoyed smoking so much. Often mentioned everywhere that people tend to vape a lot more than they used to smoke, I suppose I would have smoked a lot more than I did if it was good for me and didn't cost as much as it did :)

One thing I noticed and it varies from person to person but there is more than nicotine in cigarettes that is addictive, so it didn't matter how strong my vape was I still had to have the occasional cigarette, particularly in the morning for a while but once you get down to one cigarette a day (or less) I don't think it has quite the same hold on you any longer.

There are so many variables to vaping it's hard to assign a value to the amount of nicotine a vaper is getting in one "puff".

Fortunately, "we" are kind of self-regulating when it comes to vaping. Her body will tell her when she's getting enough nicotine, which in all honesty, is quite possibly less than what she was getting from the cigarettes.

Hi, ask her if she has been having headaches, neausea, or dizziness, these are physical indicaters that she may be getting too much nicotine. I would also warn her that she might need a lower nic strength a few hours before bedtime ( nicotine can cause insomnia). Just a few things I found out the hard way. I wish her all the best and I hope you are encouraging her to stick with Vapeing and let her know how proud of her you are for trying to quit smoking! :thumb:
