hey there...

So being a total newbie, I took and ordered a bunch of sample sized juices from 2 different suppliers (in fairness, only goodejuice will be mentioned here), one order got here in 2 days...the other not so quick...lol.

I watched the USPS tracking, and got excited as it went through my cities sort, and couldnt wait until it showed "delivered"...but the next update said "UN-deliverable". I shot Nick an email, and he responded within minutes that he would have a second order packed and ready to send if I was unable to pick it up at the post office. alas it had already been returned to sender by the time I got there. I sent another email to Nick letting him know that it was coming back. He responded that he had everything packed and ready to resend, with a double check on the address.

I got back to town this morning to find an express envelope from goodejuice!! and not only that, Nick upsized each sample and threw in a new flavor!!

This is customer service!! All emails were answered within an hour and Nick really went above and beyond my expectations!! Mega-Kudos to them, and many orders to follow!!
