SHIPPING INFORMATION, LEAD TIME GUIDANCE, and ETA UNTIL NEW ORDERS ARE MIXED AND SHIPPED:
Orders up to and including #684 have been artfully hand-mixed, carefully packaged, and have been delivered to the USPS for prompt delivery. *ALL* orders containing *ONLY* pre-steeped liquid have been bottled, packaged, and been dropped off at the USPS. We are still way ahead of previous guidance for hand-mixed orders – 10 orders remain until the queue is cleared – will get them in the mail tomorrow. Looking forward to taking a day off!~
The store is presently closed and not accepting new orders. We will be opening the store for existing customers and people whom are subscribed to the newsletter ONLY on MONDAY 8-26-2013. After we have caught up on pent up demand of existing customers, we will proceed to fill orders for people whom have NOT purchased previous but are newsletter subscribers. Once those are filled, we will open the store for everyone. Again, I anticipate opening orders for existing customers only on MONDAY 8-26-2013. If you are a potential customer whom is interested in placing an order with us, we highly recommend you sign up for the newsletter in the lower right hand corner of the main Nicoticket splash page. We can’t project when the website will be open for new customers that wander in off the WWW until we can assess the demand of existing customers and newsletter subscribers. We will project a full re-opening as soon as we are able.
Going forward, we are anticipating closing the store on a weekly basis… the actual hours will be determined entirely by demand. At this time we will definitely be closing the store at 5pm CST on Friday night and not opening again until Monday morning at approximately 10am CST. Weekends off? Where do I sign?
In any case, when we reach 75 or more hand-mixed orders or more to fill, OR, when hand-mixed lead-times exceed 10 days, we will be closing the store until we get caught up. In any case, if the store does close due to high demand, we will close the store, then proceed to open ordering for existing customers, then newsletter subscribers, then new customers whom wander in off the WWW. The reality is – my existing customer base is one of the most LOYAL in the industry. I am a loyalty guy. As much as I want to take on new business, I only anticipate doing so when and if my existing customer base orders are fulfilled.

Pre-steeped liquid is guaranteed to ship within 2-3 business days. ALL OTHER ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE GUIDANCE ABOVE. Please, do not place an order that contains hand-mixed liquid unless you are willing to wait up to 10 days for it to be mixed!! I generally under-promise and over deliver, but life is what it is – unpredictable.
