So this morning, I went about my typical morning routine...coffee, web surfing, emails, coffee, breakfast etc. It would appear to be a normal morning, except for the fact that every 5 minutes I was constantly updating my USPS shipping notification to let me know when my purple package would finally be delivered! Alas! It is here...

This was my first order from Clark, and honestly had me more anxious than any other juice i purchased for the first time (...even Boba's!) I know that these babies need a good steeping, and I kept that in the forefront as I tore open the purple parcel and proceeded to vape myself into a tantalizing stupor. The juices I received were:

Grandma's Cinnamon Danish
Custards Last Stand
The Virus (H1N1)
Beetlegeuse
Gravity

My impressions...

GCD - Wow! Holy crap that's a lot of flavor! My first inhale was a smooth, spicy cinnamon with a delicious sweetness. I can taste a mild butteriness of pastry on the inhale as well as the sweet icing on the exhale. The cinnamon is certainly not shy, and steeping will allow it to mellow out, but I must agree with Clark that I prefer the robustness of the spice (pre-steeped) and the balance of the sweet vanilla and butter is unbelievable. If this cinnamon danish were a real pastry, it would be served at the finest Patisserie in France! 5/5

CLS - I have tried several custard flavored vapes from some well known vendors and I must admit this is the one to beat! On inhale, my mouth is filled with a rich, luxurious smooth vanilla with the perfect amount of sweetness. I do taste the "custard" flavor in there..very complex and almost difficult to verbalize. My first few hits I was expecting a little more flavor (I use a cheap dripper for sampling), so I filled up a tank and BAM! Totally mouthwatering and has me chasing its flavors. I do get a bit of a floral note, but I am sure that is due to its super young age. Can't wait for this to get a nice steep as I am sure it will become an ADV once its matured (not that it couldn't now, but I only ordered 15 mL! ) 5/5

The Virus - This one is intriguing. Being an avid vapor of tobacco flavors I had to try Clark's version. FOOB I get a nutty, slightly sweet flavor on the inhale, and a deep tobacco (RY4?) on the exhale. I gave myself a nic headache with this one as I tried to dissect the flavor profiles lol. I get a similar taste that I have found in the HHV purity line, but a MUCH tastier version. This must be the tobacco. I am very bad at reviewing tobacco flavors as their complexity (especially this one!) leaves my brain hurting for the words to describe. All in all, I am taking a break from my tobacco lineup, but this badboy has serious potential and I will edit once it's had a proper steep. Infected?...probably =) 4/5

Beetlegeuse - This one has grown on me (in just hours!). My first taste I was blown away - but not in a good way. The flavors were unexpectedly prominent and were just a bit too intense from what I was used to in fruit vapes. With that said, I threw it in a tank and walked away for a bit. In between sucking down my other NT juices, I would take a drag intermittenly of BG and set it down. Before I knew it, I was no longer setting it down; rather, I threw it on my provari and have been puffin on it ever since. Unbelievable flavors I am getting...on inhale I am getting a mouthful of juicy flavor that has a perfect balance of sweet and tart. I cannot differentiate between all the flavors, but I am getting a strong strawberry and pineapple. There is a bit of floweriness on the exhale but this is one I will be interested to see how it matures. Very well done, and I am happy to give it a home in one of my tanks! 4/5

Gravity - Amazing! This juice was the one I was most unsure about prior to trying it, and I am so glad I did! On inhale I get a robust, juicy tangerine mixed with sweet peach. The flavor profile is so complex and balanced though, that it really is hard to pinpoint distinctive fruit flavors. I would recommend this to anyone - fruit fans or not! A wonderful, refreshing vape that I will enjoy in between my bakery flavors! 5/5

I am amazed at this company, in all aspects! Incredible customer service, competitive prices and outstanding mixology has made Nicoticket a permanent vendor for me! After I finish this I am aiming to scoop up some Creme Brûlée and Frenilla, and I will be sure to get 50 mL this time around. Who's got time for only 15 mL?! Not me...!

Wow - fantastic write-up! Just a note... we try to the best of our ability to pre-steep the liquid. All the 5/5's had a real nice pre-steep on them. It just so happened that you caught us at the moment when H1N1 and Betelgeuse were pretty fresh (literally, a day or two after being mixed). Those two will definitely mature. The other liquids that really impressed would be less impressive if not for adequate pre-steeping (honestly). It's a function of time... we try to the best of our ability to ensure as many bottles as possible land in mailboxes "ready to vape" - but - it's still a best practice to order 2-3-4 weeks before you anticipate needing to crack that bottle! This is particularly important here for the next 6-8 weeks while we struggle to meet demand (it's still just Katy and I for the most part)... we're hiring some production help so I don't have to scramble so much on the big bottles.

EDIT: especially with the bakery vapes (that change color significantly over time) you will, after you have gotten us into the rotation, be able to look at the bottle and say "yup, it's ready." We've been talking about posting photos of the various liquids at various stages of the steep cycle for exactly that reason - so people can sort the wheat from the chaff and determine "how much pre-steep time is on this bottle?"

Thanks for that unbelievably well written review. My sentiments exactly on all of the flavors I have tried. And Clark, I always wondered why I saw different shades of juice colors in the photos off steeping liquid. I really didn't know they changed colors that much. I believe those different stage steeping photos would be very helpful especially the relative newcomers like myself

Thanks for the info Kent! Yes, I went against my better judgment cracking open the bottles prematurely, and will definitely update this thread to reflect my opinions of the liquids as they steep. Cannot wait to try CB and Frenilla! I have been enjoying the delicious GCD all morning and now going to switch to some BG =) I know there are tons of reviews that are more in depth and probably more helpful, but your juice has quite a following and they speak for themselves. Anyone on the fence would be foolish not to give NT a try!

With the pre-steep on, certainly doesn't hurt to crack the fresh out of the box and hit them fresh. They are generally well pre-steeped regardles, 95% of people think they hit fine fresh.

Thanks so much for the review and the vote of confidence - it means alot to Katy and I to get feedback and hear people are enjoying our craft!~
