Simply search nicotine and appetite, nicotine and energy, or any related topic. Unfortunately, without a biology/physiology background most lay persons don't relate to medical studies published
through NIH and PubMed. btw-PubMed also cites studies from other sources and other nations studies besides NIH(natl institute of health), and national library of medicine is about to go bye-bye in USA (if new administration gets what it wants). It's a fantastic resource available for free to anyone with the science background to understand the research published.
