Nicotine Intake "Anolog | eCig" Comparison Chart

Hi there,

Does anyone know if there are any Nicotine intake charts that compare normal cigaretes with eCigs?

For example:
If I smoked 15 light cigarettes per day. How much nicotine is that and what would it equate to in terms of ejuice levels.

Does 15 light smokes = 5mL of 12(nicotine) ejuice ??????

Does 10 regular smokes = 2.4mL of 18(nicotine) ejuice ?????

Going the other way..... if I am having 5mL of 12(nicotine) ejuice per day - How many "light smokes" does that work out to (nicotine intake wise)?


Does anyone know of a chart or something that can help?

to me? IMHO, why worry about equivalencies? you did not smoke on a count, regulate your intake? so why wonder how much to + the smokes? your body will let you know, over thinking leads to over vaping.........right?

It doesn't matter. Nicotine is not the "bad" part of cigarette smoke anyway.
