A day? A week? A month? Ultimately, ymmv. Some may vape more, some lesser. As long as ur comfortable with it, carry on.
For me, a pack a day guy, 2-4ml of 12mg each day depending on activity.

Nope, I only felt nauseous if I chainsmoke... But maybe the next time I feel nauseous after chainsmoking I can try drinking lots of plain water. Thanks for the tip!

Started with 24mg for 2mths then 18mg for 2mths then 12mg for 2weeks and went back up to 18mg ever since.

Reason: wiped out a month's supply of 12mg in 2 weeks due to not enuff nic.
