We moved into our new home almost 5 years ago (Feb 9, 2009). Never smoked in here but have been vaping in here for over 2 years. I am sitting on a bar stool in the kitchen area (my favorite place to ECF). I have painted white cabinets. They are still just as white now as they were the day we moved in here. Had I been smoking in here they would be yellow/brown by now.

I really like your kitchen window! :)

Like everyone else has said - it's all the tar and burning combustibles from smoking that's the source of all that staining. When it comes to tooths I saw differences right away just from brushing. Amazing how much smoking contributed to plaque build up. Cleanings at the dentist are so much easier to survive now.
