I don't know but it either comes in very diluted quantities or very concentrated 400 mg to 1 ml. That will kill you plain and simple. Unless you have a lab I would not mess with the stuff. I'm curious still about the sulfate side of it.

Nonononononononoo. You'll need pure nicotine. You can remove the sulfates from the nicotine but it would cost too much energy. Although I wouldn't recommend messing with pure nicotine because it's highly toxic...like not even a drop on the skin...would be interesting though.
