Nimh 4.8 Battery for 5v

I see that the mod I am using at 3.7 says it can take a Nimh 4.8 battery. I would to like to try it and wondering if I could pick one up locally, not at an ecig shop? What are these batteries used for? Would radio shack or a hobby shop have them? Thanks

I'm guessing, by the shrink wrapping, that they are custom made from a place that makes custom packs. I think the chargers for them are Lithium chargers that are modded to take nimh batteries. Most likely, your only bet would be from an online cig shop like Electronicstix.com, Madvapes, Nhaler, or CloudsOfVapor. They have double battery chargers that recently came out, so I'd pick one of those up also because they take 6 hours to charge. They work perform pretty well, and should last for the day, but you wanna grab a few of them.

I have three of these for my Omega and they are simply used to take you from 3.7 volt vaping to 5 volts. I've gone back to using my 18650 because wasn't real impressed with they battery life in the nimh 4.8.
