Nitecore Sysmax I4 Intellicharger problems

I purchased one last week off of Amazon. It came with a wall cord and a car cord. The wall cord did not power the unit, but the car cord did. So, I ordered another one. It arrived today with no wall cord! The other's wall cord doesn't power this one either. I'll be returning both. I'm now looking for a charger that will charge AW IMR 18350 and 18490 batteries without a spacer. I'd like to have four battery slots, but I could make do with two if need be.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: After doing some more research it looks like the spacers in some chargers can be screwed into the charger to make them semi-permanent. I thought that the spacers were loose, and I worried about losing them.

A charger with attachable spacers would be ok.

I love my I4. Solid. Got sick of swapping around spacers. Sounds like a bad power cord. Very common size. You might have another to try off of another electronic device in the house? Cable box, old boom box etc...

I have a xstar VP1 & I love it. Here's a pic. No spacers & it will serve your purpose.

Yup, bad power cord. Thanks for the help. I tried the one off of the printer and it worked just fine. I can probably pick up another of these cords at radio shack right?

Ha! I JUST ordered one of these from RTD Vapor! Seriously like 4 minutes ago. Since Stadanko figured out it was just a bad power cord I'll have to cancel the order. Looks like a great charger though!

Thanks again for the advice and helping me solve my problem. It's hard to find a charger that doesn't use spacers for the 18350s in the Provari Mini, and when I found the I4 I was very happy. Then both had problems and I was very let down. I'm glad it was just the cord!
