So, as a regular cigarette smoker wanting to quit but due to my stressful lifestyle (bartender working 5 hour shifts at night and 8-hour programming student) I decided I wanted to quit smoking analogues with the help of a vaporizer...

I ordered an njoy NPRO from NJOY Electronic Cigarettes, and I have to say to anyone wanting to use their service, buy a different brand.

NJOY offers free next-day shipping for orders over R300. I ordered mine on Thursday morning (7:30 A.M) and it did not arrive on Friday as promised. after Emailing them during the wait regarding the slow order, I received no reply. I then proceeded to phone Calora's help line (they're the company responsible for marketing NJOY here in S.A.) I was literally waiting for someone to pick up for about ten minutes before the line dropped and I called again. I never managed to get through to them after 6 calls. My e-cig did arrive, but it only arrived on Tuesday at 3PM, despite the fact that I live 6 blocks away from where their company is located (Sandton).

I was super excited and put my NPRO on the charger as soon as it arrived and left it for 4 hours (the instructions say to do this for 3 hours) but the battery would indicate that it was flat after about 4 puffs. I thought it might be a flat battery, and luckily the model comes with a spare, so I plugged that in and after 3 hours, 2 puffs and the battery would indicate that it had run out of electrical charge.

For those wondering, yes, I did replace the blank cartridge with a new filled one (vanilla flavour, high nicotine).

I guess I received a faulty charging unit. I figured I would just use their 6 month warranty to have it replaced. The thing is, I bought my mom one as well, because she's been wanting to quit cigarettes for a long, long time but also leads a very stressful lifestyle and it's hard for her.

Her unit was just as faulty as mine. The batteries refused to charge, and neither of us even get a decent amount of vapour with those few initial puffs the batteries allow us to inhale.

So, if you're thinking about buying NJOY, forget it. Go for Twisp, or buy an eGo from Eciggies Online Store

I'm trying to file a complaint to NJOY and I'm going to be entirely truthful that I don't even want to see their product again in my life due to how badly manufactured it was and due to the incredibly bad service on the unkept promise.

NJOY is a ....ing joke.
