Using Archive.org I was able to find the earliest njoy.com product listing for May 2007.
It list 2 flavors regular and menthol as well as 4 different nicotine strengths, full, medium, light and zero
I could not find mg listings for Nicotine strengths.

Ouch! They were under vaper consumer alert for awhile. I'm so glad they changed! Blu changed too. I always felt bad that I couldn't afford to help them financially with their fight with the FDA, but now we can, & I might buy a few kits to hand out to others, to show my appreciation.... Unless they plan on using the funds to throw mom & pop under the bus, of course.
