I received the njoy NPRO ecig last week and I am really confused about the atomizer and other things that I've been reading in this forum:

Atomizer: How do I know if it fails? I only have one atomizer that came with the NPRO. Where do I order some more atomizers? It sounds like these don't last long.

Cartridge: How do I know when the cartridge is empty? I must be doing all of this wrong, because I am still craving analogs everyday so I'm still smoking cigs.

After reading through this forum, I feel really dumb and I don't know what I am doing or if I'm using the NPRO correctly! I want to quit smoking analogs and just use the ecig.

Thanks

Welcome! First off, you can get atomizers at www.puresmoker.com . There are also lots of suppliers at the bottom of the main forum page that carry them. Puresmoker calls it the PeeWee. The NPRO parts are compatible with all RN4081 models. They are only about $10. It's good to have one around in case you need to send yours back to NJOY for a replacement. They have a 1 year warranty from NJOY. Second, with some practice... you will know when the cartridge is empty. I can actually taste when it's running out. Starts to lose flavor, throat hit gets weaker, etc. Just keep a bottle with you until you figure it out! Good Luck! :D

You can order from several different websites. When you goto one the sponsors, just look for RN4081. It's the same atomizer.

The best way to determine is (in my opinion) is looking at the cart when it is new. You will notice the material looks slightly brown. When it gets used up, it has a white appearance. You would check for this when your smoke starts to thin out.

If the atomizer fails, you wont get any smoke what so ever. That has been my experience.

Don't feel dumb. Not asking the question is being dumb. These things do have a learning curve. If your still craving analogs, I would recommend getting some e-juice and refill your cartridges yourself with a higher strength.

Remember, the carts that come with the Npro are 2 high, 1 med 1 low 1 zero! So it's very possible for you to still crave an analog because your not getting the amount you used to!

I too have an NPro and ordered some backup atmoizers through RuyanDirect.com. I have quizzed other NJoy users and apparently you don't have to send anything back to start the replacement process and as a matter of fact, they don't ask for atomizers back just batteries.

Always good to have spares! You can find alternative carts to NJOY that work with the NPro (RN4081) that are 1/3-1/2 the price as well as liquid you can use to refill / top off the carts!

I also have npro- i didn't have to send battery back- they are just sending a new one -(maybe they have updated customer service?) there is a link somewhere on this forum that lists the model numbers & names different suppliers used - i jotted down this on my box 4081, 103, 102mm, supermini, peewee, smoke stix jr, liberation jr...not positive on this one...i took alot of notes when i first started because it got very confusing...i am easily confused....mostly dazed and confused........
