No atomizer

So I have a smok mag with a tfv12 tank and the metal part under the atomizer is popping out how can I fix this
Note in the picture that it is the metal part under the atomizer

Yes, your post is a bit confusing, but if the 510 connection has loosened in your mod, it is likely not gong to read the tank. If it's under warranty, I would warranty it. If not, you may want to find out what a repair cost, or even consider doing it yourself if you are handy with tools and/or electrically minded.

I am not your gal for any of the latter part of my post however. I would have no idea how to proceed, but if it's under warranty, I would definitely do that.

Hi Connorvapr. Welcome to the ECF.

The part on a Mod that the Atomizer screws into is called the "510 Connector". Are you saying that it has somehow come Loose from the Mod?

I would follow the suggestions below in the order given.
Could contact:
local B&M Vape Shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
