Yes, I totally think this could be done. Just got to get right guy to think about this. (Not me, I got no money to play with 
) Unfortunately, that atomizer is a current hog. A more efficient atomizer or carto would help this process. A sweet (relatively expensive) cap would work. It would be most likely larger than what I might want though.
