You are doing such a good job and you should be very proud of yourself. I use to say there was no way I would ever be able to quit. Tried everything and never felt it was possible till I tried vaping. Even then I wasn't ready to give up and just thought I'd cut down. The more I cut down the worse the cigarettes started tasting. It is a wonderful feeling. This forum is here for us and believe me all the help, information and support you need can be found here. Good luck to you and I hope to read about your continued success.

Congrats!! Keep up the good work!!
My last analog was July 29th....the same day I started vaping....I'd smoked the last "stinkie" I had and vowed NOT to buy more!!
The first few days were a bit rough but I just vaped like a maniac and things settled down in a hurry...
My ADV is 24mg...and I'll take a couple of toots on some 36mg Clove if I feel a BIG craving coming on....
My house....and I....no longer smell like an ashtray!!:)
Happy (vaping) Trails!!

Congrats on your success :vapor:

i have had a 1.5 pack a day habit for 20 years got a vamo 4 days ago thinking i would just use it at night instead of going outside. i have had 3 cigarettes since and thats mostly because my extra set of batteries have not arrived in the mail yet. I had no real desire to quit but now that i found out how easy vaping makes quiting smoking seems like exactly what i am doing.

You should think this thing was invited against tobaco tyrants. After a day or 2 after no analog period you hate smoking even if you want to try to. My wife still smokes and I hate the stinking smell (unbelievable for me as an old chain smoker of hand rolled cigarettes) In the street she asked me to light her cigarettes asking someone the light I took a drag (not inhaled) I hated the days I smoked

Gratz!!! keep it up!!!!. I am almost 3 months cig free myself. Vaping helped me do what the patch and cold turkey couldnt help me do. I still like the smell of a lit cig but that does not make me want one. Just like the smell. On another note, after I quit smoking I started to smell the after affects of smoking on people. Damn never realized I smelled like an ashtray....haha even worse when I would sneak a smoke, i never realized that a non smoker would know i did!!!
