No "Edit Signature" link, told i'm not permitted despite qualified # of posts...

Although I'm a full member, and have 15+ posts, I have no link under settings for "Edit Signature". Just "Edit Profile", "Edit Picture" and "Edit Avatar". Under the How-To Forum, I found a link to edit signature, and upon clicking, was hit with a notice that I'm not permitted to Edit signature.

I've been so excited to post my "days since an analog" banner, and am sad I can't. Any ideas why?
