Can't edit profile/avatar picture

Hello, I just joined earlier today & went to set up my profile. I click on choose file & nothing pops up? I imagine once I hit choose file it takes me to files on my phone to pick a picture. It won't let me do this, anybody know why or can u help me through it? Also, I see ppl with cool sayings or banners & I don't have an "edit signature" anywhere on my settings. Can anyone help me out with these 2 things?

The signature option doesn't appear until after you've hit 15 posts (and the server refreshes at 0:25 past the hour after that, which is when your permissions will update)

As for profile pic and avatar, try doing it with an external image host such as imgur or tinypic. Just upload your image there and past the link in the appropriate field on the "edit avatar" page.

Thanks everyone else toooo! Hopefully I get it figured out, could always switch to my computer but phone is easier lol

I've never been able to use a picture directly from my phone, photobucket works, or the computer.
