Wasn't able to find it on the Halo site, but my order today was over $75 and I still had to pay the $21 for shipping. Is this not the case for Canadian customers?. I cant remember if I had to pay it when I ordered my Triton, but I was a little thrown off.

Sorry xtcnrg, free shipping is only in the US. The link you were looking for is at the very bottom of the main page, says "shipping"

Just for my own wonderment, I checked what the price of Halo shipping to me, fron New Jersey here in California is, and them shipping to you in Canada. Same weight, going by the methods described in their shipping policy. It is 4 times more to ship to you than to me, even though you are actually closer.

Now, Canada Post makes you pick-it up and pay a duty! $40 in total shipping costs made me use *alternative* methods than Halo shipping.

Also, I made a Suggestion that could alleviate this problem:
How about offering the Cost Savings your National customers receive, "Free Shipping on Orders over $75", to Canadians. Charge us the extra bit for crossing the border, possible extra packaging etc... and, of course, we then get nailed with the Canada Post pick-up charge. That would be helpful as $40 total shipping cost for a 4 hour car drive away is a little steep, but don't know if feasible/practical....
