You've been doing it this long and I was really happy PAYING the extra money for 2x flavor.. Seems odd you wont leave it up the the customers that want it. Also seems odd that its so hard to squeeze a few extra drops of flavor.. The thing is... Why lie to use and just be honest? We were paying for it.. We were happy with the product.. So now its an issue?.. Me and all my friends have switched to kickbass vapors.. And do you know why? Because the customer comes first and he doesn't have to lie to make a profit and his customers wants/needs come first.. Something you all use to believe in before your issue of "not being able to fit in extra flavoring" when it wasn't an issue in the past.. #rollseyes

for over a year Pam and I offered no extra flavoring at all. We never had customers demand extra flavor or they will go elsewhere. We are masters at mixing and we know what we are doing. If our decision to remove 2x from the list but still allow 1x to remain then we had good reasons chemistry wise to do that. We apologize to anyone who feels they need 2x just to be able to vape. It just isn't the flavor we set out to create. everyone is free to buy condensed flavorart from us and create their own wonderful 2x, or even 3x flavors. But to come on here and write the name of a competitor and say you and all your friends have moved to them because of this issue is disgraceful in my opinion

You can never be all things to all people. It's the nature of things. I like extra flavor too but found that 1X does the trick with steeping. I shop at FSUSA for the flavors, quality, fast shipping and excellent customer service. Gummy Bears Rock! 
Very well worded David . That statement was kind of childish.
You all have the best flavors out there, and are very consistent with each order. Its like going to McDonalds and getting a big mac, and then hitting a McDonalds in another state...they always taste the same.
You all do know what your doing...it shows in the final product. You all will always be the only source of my ejuice flavors.

And FFS, banging on about PAYING (in caps, no less) is ridiculous - you paid 50 freaking cents. So yeah, FSUSA were not doubt making a HUGE profit on that one!
If FSUSA were doing this to make money, they'd say 2 x was just going to cost heaps more. They could make a better profit. It makes no sense to remove it completely for any reason other than to ensure the quality of their juices. So that's what they've done!
You may be cranky about this, Zombie and co, but honestly, to come on here and be rude and call people liers really doesn't do anything for your cause, or your credibility.
And to FSUSA: You guys ROCK! Love your juices, and I honestly believe the customer DOES come first. There will always be a select few who are whingers and downright rude - sadly that's the nature of working in a customer service / retail industry. But most of us appreciate you for who you are - a bloody hard working team who really come through with the goods. I heart FSUSA!

I liked having the 2x extra flavoring option when I was figuring out what flavors I liked. It's hard to be patient while waiting for flavors to steep - but too much flavoring can make the juice runny. I've gotten thin juice from other suppliers, never from FSUSA.
I buy the large bottles when you have a sale, and stash them in a drawer - 1x flavoring is plenty strong if I can leave it alone for long enough!

I've found that it's easy to let 120's steep when I tend to buy so many 10ml's that I want to try. Problem is that when I find a 10ml that I like I won't put it down until it's empty....so my 120's are nice and dark and steeped...guess it's a win win....

forget about the few dumba$$ ppl , your juice is great at any strength , and for me i like to buy the extra flavors separate and add them in to my liking anyway.. just keep doing what you do Dave and 99.9 percent of us will still be here getting the BEST for you. and the other.01 percent will be back when they realize what they are missing.. by the way i`m in need of some 120`s is there a memorial day sale coming?

With all due respect, we can still go out to the parking lot and puff a smoke, it's about choice. If they don't want to lose customers they should just add a surcharge based on extra costs.
wow, I didn't even think about the holiday coming up (sale wise, lol), just placed a couple of orders, so I can be ready for my holiday takeoff camping.

FSUSA: keep up the good work and don't let these people get to you. In the long run you're better off losing the few people who think your business is all about the money and keeping the many who know it's all about the quality.

Pamela and I already did a good job of explaining it was not about money. We explained about it altering our specialty flavors more then we wish or prefer. I know alot of folks have their opinions on all of this but truthfully, we didn't even offer 1x or 2x for the first year of our business, no one demanded we offer it or they will go elsewhere.
Please folks, if you need more then 1x flavor you might want to get into diy or buying some condensed flavourart to boost some of your other flavors.
