no more ruyandirect - Heaven Gifts only...

I have ordered two orders with Heavens Gifts with no problem. Wayne has been great at answering questions. I emailed with a question yesterday and he responded late last night. The message it gives me on the web site now is below, I am sure it will be up before too long.

Sorry, we encountered a system error!
The error caused our website www.heaven-gifts.com to shut down temporarily.
We are working with the system supplier and try to resume the business in a shortest time. The paid orders have already been shipped out or will be shipped out timely as usual.

We really appreciate your kindly understanding and patience.

Just checked email and got an email from Wayne at Heaven Gifts at 8:45 edt... (ok, ok... I was watching the Indians ;-)

Ordered 8/24 received 9/8.
just a a $55 package of attys, 901 carts, and some USB chargers.

NO package tampering in New York customs.

Great pricing and very responsive when you field questions.

The 901 carts fit my genuine 510 atty perfectly. Even better than originals. Highly reccommended @ $1.70/(10) pieces. Look for black whistle tips.
The atomizers are genuine JOY and priced very well, and even set up to reflect a substantial quantity discouts (%10 on as low a 10 parts and progressively higher discounts for higher mutliples of 10.

These people know the tricks to grease the packages through, I would reccommend Heaven-Gifts for those pre-ban?? stocking orders if you can afford the outlay right now.

I will be contacting them for additional supplies soon for my growing post ban personal supply.

I am very happy with the service and the parts, they will draw a large portion of my business in the immediate scramble for supplies to offset the looming drying up of PV essntials that seems so inevitable.

Hah! they still even accept PayPal, I know that this leaves a bad taste, but it is convenient and fast.

It seems the entire site has changed, same company but different product new site and no sign of our e cigs and orders---i sure hope its just a temp thing and we didnt get scammed,,,,,,fingers crossed bc I just placed a HUGE order 2 weeks ago!

I have NEVER ever had a problem with them, im quite worried ...........

That M9 looks made for the USA! Disposable, 18mg, tobacco and Menthol only. But $7.50 isn't much of a bargain.

Saw them - Passed. Shipping moving along here as well but I got a notice just before they went down. I got the disposable cigar this order... Wayne says it's the best real tobacco tasting cigar. Thought I'd try it. Bulked up on batts and attys too. Probably my last buys on those except for trying 112's on the JS's.

I get all my juice from them - no problems, except delivery time. Can't beat the price, makes me think onshore suppliers are making large profits from this.
No problems with hardware yet but do you have to send faulty items back first for replacement?

If you use EMS then check the tracking, a friend of mine's last order was held by UK customs for 4 days, my last order was held for 2 days by customs.

While they still stock Ruyan products directly from Ruyan, they were contacted regarding using the ruyandirect domain name and went with just heaven-gifts only. Both worked before. I'm guessing that with the new product line of Ruyan in the USA, that the ruyandirect name became a problem. They didn't mind the promotion of the name until they themselves became a player within the US - launched August 17th.... I'm sure that's the connection. :)
