So I've been vaping at 0 nicotine for about 2 weeks now, and all is well. I started at regular, and moved myself down bit by bit over 3 years, and I love how the juice tastes. the TH could be better i suppose, but im used to it now. In fact, I've never made more juice than i am right now. I can vape without worrying about O.D.ing on nicotine, which means there are usually some pretty thick clouds in my room :) I'm not saying everybody should work reducing their nicotine, but I'd like to hear from other people doing the same.

I'm using 24 mg strength, but my next order may be 18 mg. Whether I go to 0 or not, I don't know. I have heard that adding a drop or so of menthol helps create a TH. Maybe someone can answer that. I haven't tried cinnamon yet because I don't have a glass tank. I'll bet that has a TH with lower nic or maybe even 0 nic.

I'm just saying, nicotine is one of the less harmful things in a cigarette, and I'm personally not going to stress about it.

My life is stress free now, friend. Without caffeine and nicotine to regulate. ;)

Good point gt. I read caffeine is to coffee what nicotine is to tobacco - and both are stimulants. I have no intention of going to decaf and am happily vaping away on 6 - 12 mg. . After 50 yrs, I figure I need a bit of nicotine to brain function @ 'normal' whatever that is, and my family is happy with the change. I am also happy clothes don't stink and most of the juices are a real pleasure to vape. Happily Vaping!!

Congratulations!! Very cool!! I'm working on it, myself. Started at 24 and am now working between 3mg and 6mg. I hope to be sans addiction in the near future. I'm finding it more difficult for me to reduce in the lower levels than it was when I was at higher levels -- not so much the nic need, but the flavor change. But, the nice thing is I can mix the levels and go down the levels slow enough to compensate and get used to it.

lol.... What he said.... I wouldnt even vape if it wasnt for the nicotine.....

I don't see why its so hard to understand. You all obviously wanted to change something about your smoking habits, I just wanted to do more. Plus, I want to be healthy, but smoking makes me look so cool.:thumb:

You guys drink decaffeinated coffee too?

I don't drink any coffee, ever. That stuff is vile. Nor do I drink tea or soda. I had a pretty bad Mountain Dew habit when I was smoking, but vaping made it so that soda wasn't quenching my thirst, so I switched to water. I got a two-fer for the price of 1. I quit caffeine at the same time I quit smoking.
