No No Liquids in Plastic Tanks Is There a List?

Uh oh, I was just reading where banana flavor should not be used in plastic tanks, and since I am a newbie and didn't know any better, I put MBV Banana Gone Nuts (which I have grown addicted to--go figure--I was adamant about a lt. cig. flavor) in my Stardust. Is this flavor going to harm the plastic tube? So far, so good.

I have read lots on not using cinnamon in plastic tanks, but is there a list of basic flavors to be avoided? If not, could someone just give me a heads up on which flavors to NOT get as I am getting ready to shop. Many thanks!

I have never heard of banana damaging a clearo, mainly acidic citrus fruits and cinnamon ("big red" type cinnamon, not the bakery kind). There is a list that gets updated on here somewhere.

Thank you--I will check list. I did a search on here, and someone did say that banana should be avoided. Glad to hear it was not considered damaging.

As you can see by the list, there are some banana flavors from some vendors that will harm tanks. If in doubt, ask the vendor! They "should" know how their own juices perform in different devices.
