NO Package, NO Responses

I placed an order on 11/17/11, received order conformation but I have not received the order or a shipping conformation.

A few days ago I sent an email by replying to the Order Conformation email. I have not been replied to.

Sent a Web Site Contact email and also have not been contacted... ?????????????

Good morning Breaktru,

I apologize your email hasn't been answered, but I have not answered emails since Thanksgiving Eve as i figured id take a thanksgiving break . Super T is normally closed on the weekend but we did work Friday and Saturday to ship daily battery/tip/charger orders and on saturday shipped out most all pending P+10440 orders. I will be answering all pending emails this evening.

Just a quick update on other order status's:

All battery/charger/tip orders ship within one business day of ordering and would have shipped.

On unit orders. I got most all of the P10 orders filled and shipped yesterday. P18500/18350/P16340 orders should all be shipped by Tuesday.

Note: It was a battery order which was 10 days ago. I've ordered batts in the past and know I should have received it by now.

I'll look into it for you tonight when i go into work, but i can tell you this, i've been seeing first class mail take 5+ business days this time of year (it was the same last year too) and with the PO closed on Thanksgiving, well it isn't a pretty thing as far as delivery times.
