I had trouble today at MVS but, they were so nice and sent several emails until the problem was worked out. I was so pleased at their customer service.
I can't wait to get my order.
BTW-I found this forum today after a comment placed on a Disney website regarding e-cig use at WDW and in the resorts.
I became interested and got so much good information that I felt like I could make a choice. I think I picked a good place to buy from too.
 
It was just a little computer glitch. I couldn't use Amex for purchases. That's all.
I guess they have re-designed the website and that part wasn't working yet.
I just get paranoid when I have to use CC's on websites. See, I am still working with Travelocity that doublebooked a trip via a website glitch.:confused:

MVS had it worked out in short time. They emailed me during the process(very reassuring btw) and now my stuff is on it's way.:D
