I placed an order three days ago and have yet to receive the shipping confirmation. I tried to reach out via chat but all I can do is ask the question because it says it's outside of business hours 8:30-5:00 gmt. I tried chatting at 9am ET. How do I contact someone to ensure my order is shipped?
