No standard with bottle sizes

Not sure if I posted something like this before; perhaps I forgot to remember.

WHY is it that all the damn bottles I get from various vendors are actually different sizes?
I should say capacity.
Some dropplers are supposed to be 3ml but actually hold 5 and so on.

I know there's a simple answer but would someone please share some wisdom.

Yeah, I notice the same thing 5ml TopVapor always has 7+ ml. Why they don't just sell it as 7ml is anyone's guess.

Different retailers purchase from different suppliers in China. Its as simple as that.They might not be getting their juices from China but smart sellers are trying to get the cheapest deal on plastic bottles and that accounts for the wide variance.

My 3ml only hold 2.6

Probably because if they sold it as 7ml someone would measure it and complain that they only got 6.8 Look at the extra juice as a bonus at your end and insurance on theirs.

I like that my 5ml bottles hold a little more. That way if I use 6 drops in an atty and decide I need to double the flavor strength, I can easily add it.
