No-US based customer

I would like to get help in creating a list of Vendors who will or won't accept non US addressed Credit cards or paypal.

Its frustrating to go through the whole purchase selection process and then find out the either dont deliver to your neck of the woods or wont accept the forms of payment you have available.

Anyone?

Vendor/Ships to/Via/Payment

Healthcabin/International/All Major, Domestic/Paypal,WU
MountainOakVapors/International/USPS/Some VISA,MC,Disc
VaperVenue/International/USPS/Some VISA,MC,Disc

*Some VISA,MC,DISC usually means eityher the merchant does not accpet non US based cards or cards from certain countries are on a no-go list. People is those countries usually will know who they are.

This list would be hard to make without specifying what country ur from since some vendors will sell to one but not the other and vice versa. For example I'll sometimes see sites that won't ship to malaysia but they would singapore. The ill see another site that won't ship to singapore but would ship to malaysia. Most of these sites ban countries based on their personal experience with customers from the specific countries that they had problem with.
