Noisy Smoktech Cartos!

Ok so I have ordered one hole 2.0 ohm Smoktech cartos from 2 different sites. These are supposed to be the same brand. But it seems the second site cartos are soooo noisy! The first site started out a little noisy but quieted down by half a tank.

Does anyone know a way to quiet them down?

Well I did order some Boge f16 but hardly any of my drip tips would fit. What kind of drip tips do you use with them?

A tend to get the metal ones some fit others don't.
