Non charging rcr123a tenergy batteries

I just bought 6 tenergy batteries and charger. Received them yesterday and went to charge for the first time.
The charger went red for a few minutes as expected but then the charger went green. I thought the batteries came with a charge so I put them in my V3 but they were dead.nni put them back on the charger and they were still green.

I thought the charger was bad so I put the new tenergy batts on my trust fire charger and they came up green on there as well.

I put 2 aw16340 on the tenergy charger and the charger works. I put the tenergy batts back on the tenergy charger and again, no charging.

I have bad batteries? 6 of them?

Thanks in advance for your help. I have already filled out a ticket at pure smoker but wanted to get some insight from the vets

Are you sure you have the correct charger for the 3 volt rcr123a Tenergys? The AW 16340 3.7 volt use a different charger. Just asking.
Edit: Just re-read your post and saw you have both chargers. In that case, I have no clue. Sorry.

The center contact post was a bit too short on my mod and as such, wasn't making contact with the batteries. The rcr123a's work great now
