charging tenergy bats

first time using these bats tenergy 3.7 14500 put them in charger and green lights come on like they are fully charged but put them in prodigy and act as if they haven't been charged

Have you checked them on a meter?

no i don't have a meter will see if i can round one up

Maybe set them in the charger overnight & try again. If not you may have a bad battery or charger.
