I'll preface this and admit that I haven't read every post and every forum group, so please forgive my n00b faux pas. Just wondering if there are e-cig (in all it's forms) converts from those that didn't smoke cigarettes?

Like many, I joined the turn of the century fad for cigars, starting with a nice Padron that I saved my middle daughter's birth (which made me quite green after 30 minutes). However, I never really cared for the cigar taste or smell (realized after getting in my car when I'd enjoyed one on the way home the night before). The cost was also very prohibitive. Then I got into pipes, and tended to prefer the aromatics instead of the English blends for flavor (as they often smelled worse than cigars!). "Evening Stroll" was my absolute favorite. :thumb:

With Michele (here on ecf) doing so well with her 510, and reading how so many have cut down, or cut out, their cigarette consumption since getting into e-cigs, I have to wonder how many have non-cigarette smokers are here? No, I'm not talking about those that never smoked or were new smokers, here - just wondered if I'm the only one that enjoyed the casual cigar or pipe? (If I ever find a juice that's comparable to Evening Stroll, I'm so in!)

Here's a recent thread on that:

Totally valid question.

I get the impression that most e-smokers come to it from cigarettes, but there are pipe and cigar model personal vaporizers. You might check out this thread:

It's by Crazyhorse, who I believe was a cigar smoker (sorry if I'm wrong, Crazyhorse). He gets quite in depth with his reviews on flavors and experiences e-smoking with comparisons to different cigars; maybe you could PM him for advice?

Sorry I can't be more help, good luck to you!

If yer looking for a good Pipe or Cigar styled Pv then check out the video reviews section. A guy with the screen name Igetcha does a TON of review videos, and quite a few i've watched have been on pipes and cigars.

I really think its a good way to research a product, seeing it in actual use. a PV (personal vaporizer) could very well be what you are looking for. I'm not sure about the flavor you are after, but i'm sure one of our very experianced members will know....or just ask Igetcha....he seems to be the overwhelming knowledge when it comes to the PV world.
