I quit smoking 4 1/2 years ago and just recently took up vaping. 0mg juice, no nicotine.

I thought that I was still fighting nicotine addiction. Trying a vape made me realize that I had won that fight a long time ago. It was the process of smoking that I kept fighting off. Now that I'm vaping 0mg, I'm no longer fighting the urge for a cigarette.

I also find it relaxing. Kind of like a hookah ritual sort of thing, but without the harsh smoke.

I personally was a long-time smoker before I went to vaping, but I know a few friends who were only ever social smokers (never bought their own packs) yet picked up vaping as an alternative to that "2-a-weekend" habit. In my opinion, if you're trading out any amount of smoking -- even if it's the potential 1 a week -- in exchange for vaping, you're making the right decision.

I remember when I was a kid, probably like 16 or so, lighting up a cigarette, taking a look at it in my hand and literally saying out loud, "You're going to kill me one day." I like to think I potentially negated that.

I had I quit smoking about 4 years ago. My son had started to vape when he quit smoking and I was intrigued by it. So I started with a small cartomizer and now I have a whole bunch of stuff. I like experimenting with different coils, and juices. I really use very little nicotine, just enough to change the taste of juice.
