Imeo...
One week ago (9/4) you supposedly shipped a package to me containing a replacement for my Grant that was 'lost' during your initial shipping mishap when returning the devices sent in for a recall.
Tracking number RE559815667GR is the number you provided and also confirmed several days later when the tracking showed, "There is no record of this item."
Tracking is STILL showing the package as non-existent.
USPS - Track & Confirm - Put our delivery information to work for you
It's been my experience that, although tracking is not always current, it usually shows a 'shipped' or dispatched' notice of some sort at this point. It has even at times shown that the package arrived in New York and will sometimes still show this message even after the package has been received. But, NEVER have I gotten the message, "There is no record of this item" one week after the package has actually been shipped.
It would be a shame if this package went astray and was 'lost' like the first one since you went to so much trouble, even risking your own health, to specifically make this replacement for me.
It's been 8+ long weeks since I sent my device to you for the recall. Where do you suggest we go from here?
I'm curious... has anyone else experienced this type of message a week after a package has been actually shipped?
