I'm going to be drinking a few beers with some friends next wknd, the first time I've had alcohol since I quit smoking and started vaping (3 wks ago). I've always smoked when I drank, so this will be a real test.

So what's a good non-tobacco flavor with beer? My current flavors - chocolate strawberry, coconut, and caramel apple - don't seem like they'd go so well with a cold bud. Thanks!

I used to smoke Newports, so menthol flavors are good, too.

Chocolate strawberry, coconut, or caramel apple.... with beer?

No, s/he's saying those won't do with beer, and is looking for suggestions. :)

Frankly, I love NET tobacco vapes with adult beverages, and have a hard time imagining vaping anything else with them.

Perhaps a straight caramel, or a good apple, would compliment your drink? You might also try a honey juice.

Oh, sorry. Well, I suggest tobacco. Sissy juice might go OK with wine, but not beer. :p

Caramel and honey are awesome, slathered on a little tobacco. :D

Well, yeah, that too!

(Please forgive us, OP; GT and I are hard-core tobacco vape lovers!)

You mentioned menthol. I neither smoked nor vape menthol, so I'm sorry I can't help you there. I hope some menthol/mint vapers pop in soon with suggestions, because I know there are a lot of such juices out there. :)

Personally, I vape whatever when I am drinking. But mainly a juice from a local vendor here in Miami, its their "original" flavor. Tobacco with vanilla and caramel... so basically RY4. I used to vape Boba's Bounty with beer as well but I recently ran out and haven't been able to get more. I strongly suggest at least some sort of tobacco flavored juice with beer. Like I said, I will vape just about anything with it but tobacco flavors work A LOT better. Maybe something like EleanorR or gthompson suggested: caramel tobacco or honey tobacco. As far as menthol goes, I find most menthols to be similar. Granted I've only tried like 5 of them.

The reason I don't want tobacco-based is because I started vaping with vanilla, went to some other flavors, and so far (3 wks) have had no trouble staying off the smokes. I'm starting to forget what tobacco even tastes like. I'm just worried vaping tobacco-flavor may have unintended consequences, especially when I'm drinking and vulnerable. I'd rather stay away from it.

Anyway, thanks for the suggestions! I'll give them a try.

Hcour, your question intrigued me so much I've cracked open a Wicked Elf Pilsner to try and answer it.:toast:

Like EleanorR and GThompson my first pick for vaping with beer would be a tobacco or tobacco blend. But since that's out, I tried most of my other E-liquids to see what works, or at least doesn't clash. I've narrowed it down to three. They surprised me.

1) Want2Vape Creamy Espresso (or your own favourite unsweetened coffee)
2) Vapeking Banana Nut Bread (or your own favourite banana bread/banana muffin)
3) Alien Visions Boba's Bounty

Also agree that a caramel would be nice but I haven't got a straight caramel with no tobacco in it. Oopsie.

Halo's Belgian Cocoa goes well with stouts. Vape Dudes Grand Prairie (a butterscotch tobacco) goes well with Schlafly Pumpkin Ale or any other pumpkin ales that are in abundance this season.

By default, I always falter towards Halo Prime 15 or Tribeca for a beer session, they are a fail safe in my opinion.

Well that would be a subjective thing. I drink a lot of custom made beer that I brew myself. So it really depends on the style I am drinking. I would think some type of citrus or maybe an almond or hazelnut flavor would help bring out some of the flavor. Also a good vanilla or chocolate and vanilla flavor might be satisfying.
