I've been vaping for about 3 weeks now and am trying various flavors from one vendor, and a lot taste burnt or like chemicals. Also, not into this "steeping" thing! Is "Steeping" a normal thing with most companies???

I bought a French Vanilla (pretty good out of the mailbox), Vanilla Cupcake (OMG ugh gross, so chemically), Candy Cane (YUM, right out of the bottle!!), Lavender (haven't tried yet, waiting on Kangor Mini), Strawberry Cheesecake (great out of the mailbox).

Just reordered the French Vanilla w/2 shots and then a bottle of plain flavoring...

Wondering if anyone knows of a place the a) don't have to steep b) a very sweet vanilla liquid.

Should I return the Vanilla Cupcake, it's just gross... and again the steeping issue......

Sorry so many questions!!

Custard's Last Stand from Nicoticket is about the best you'll find imo. I have french vanilla and vanilla butternut from mtbaker and I don't even use them anymore after getting some of that.

this steeping crap is for the birds... if the flavors improve that much why dont the manufacturers pre-steep it for us? I would gladly pay a few extra dollars for something that is good to go. I really dont have the place, time, or patience to leave bottles open for too long.

I wouldnt buy whiskey or wine that I had to let age before i could consume it.

+1 to Nicoticket. CLS is an excellent vanilla based flavor, IMO. The difference comes from the vanilla used in the recipe. Nicoticket, I believe, extracts there own vanilla from vanilla beans. Many vendors will use artificial vanilla (AKA vanillin), which can come off as chemically, burnt taste to some people. Bonus on this flavor: seems "un-burnable" at almost any voltage/wattage and tastes great (albeit, a little mild) straight out of the mail.

Occasionally, Nicoticket will also have their "Frenilla" flavor available (limited edition, based on their quantity of natural vanilla extract on hand). Super, duper sweet, true vanilla. However, this one absolutely required the steeping wait of about two weeks--which I'm also not patient enough for.

There are company's that pre steep for you bryces vanilla creme custard pre-steeps the most sold nic levels 6&12 and killer-juice.com pre-steeps his entire line unless you ask for special options like if you need to raise or lower you pg vg content. And there are others out there as well.

Now as far as why company's don't pre-steep and make fresh to order

1. So many people use so many different PG vg nic options if the presteeped it all they would need an Amazon sized warehouse to store it.

2. Alot of people add flavor shots if bottles were presteeped your juice would be older then flavor your adding which would ruin said steep/possibly cause issues with juice

Basically if you want presteeped juices you get what the vendor offers pg vg wise and flavor profile wise only. So if you like a juice but think it's flavor is to light your stuck or if you need lower pg to sensitivity to bad

By far the very best most delicious Vanilla I have ever vaped is Custards Last Stand, and Creme Brulee from Nicoticket! I absolutely love vanilla as far as desserts, ice cream, etc. I got my 1st order from Nicoticket just over a week ago and I have found my ADV. Nicoticket makes their own vanilla concentrate and let me tell you it is simply amazing.

As far as steeping goes, Nicoticket does recommend that you steep most of their juices for 10-14 days, but I am very impatient and tried CLS right out of the mail and it is great! I let Creme Brulee steep for 4 days and then couldn't wait any longer and started vaping it too.
Both are spot on, I just 15 mins ago placed my 2nd order for 50ml of both CLS and Creme Brulee.

of course a juice tastes chemically, it's made out of chemicals

really??? really???? (huge eye roll)..... you know precisely what she meant so your comment was pointless and annoying....

anywayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, i think steeping is the key for vanilla... for some reason most people i know have to steep theirs for a time (depending on taste, of course)... but i think that just comes part and parcel for vanillas... i am finding that for many of the sweet flavors actually

It was asked why a vendor does not presteep a juice. Let's take Mt Baker for example. Each flavor has 7 different pg/vg ratios available and 6 different nicotine strengths and is available in I think 5 different sizes. That is 210 possibilitites foe each flavor. And If I am not mistaken they have something like 250 flavors. So if they made 1 of each possibility they would have 52,500 bottles just to have 1 of each choice. Now does it make sense?
