For anyone else looking in on this...

Best Electronic Cigarettes | ELiquid | Best ELiquid | E-Liquid

Does ego 650mAh for £6.99, 1000mAh Twists £16.99, chargers £1.99, ce4+ (where you put the juice) £4.99 and 30ml juice £6.99

I've had fantastic service from him & recommended him to loads of people where I work

A basic shopping list suggestion would be:
2 x batteries
1 x Charger
2 x CE4
Then juice

If you go a bit more advanced - I mix my own juice and get that (Nic & PG) from Totally Wicked with flavouring from Flavourart

Okay so my package came this morning, really pleased with delivery speed! I charged up the batteries, filled one of my cartos and tried it out. Holy .... the first hit almost took out my throat. It settled down pretty quickly until eventually it actually started to feel like I was sucking on a straw with nothing on the other end and I was getting no throat hit at all, though still a lot of vapour.

I've realised now that holding the button down for a second or two before vaping really improves the throat hit and flavour. I did screw up the flavours I chose though, I went for funky flavours but didn't really consider flavours that would be good for vaping all day, and I didn't get any fruity flavours. I'll definitely be ordering some more flavours. I went for things like caramel, choc orange, vanilla, cappuccino...I think I need something a little more refreshing.

Anyway, my girlfriend has also been using it all day (she's using one of the batteries with one of the other cartos) and we've decided to order her one too. The only problem is...it seems a waste to spend more money on e-cigs and not try out something different. The variable voltage ones seem pretty cool, being able to adjust the voltage to match each flavour. Are they worth the extra cash? Are there any decently priced vv kits similar to the riva kit? Also, on a review of the ego twist the 650 seemed as big as the riva, so I assume the 1000 would be much larger? :/

Hi again Sida, glad you seem to be getting on well with the Riva kit. make sure you fill the cartos really well to begin with & keep them topped up with juice :)

I'm a bit of a stick in the mud so never gone fore VV as I'm more than happy with my early edition GGTS & LR (low Resistance) Boge cartomisers. However, I've heard nothing but praise about the ego twist VV battery & you would be able to use the charger & the cartos you got with your Riva kit with it (plus any 510 cartomisers etc).

Which one of those in the linked picture is the same size as the one I already have? I'd like to pay the extra for longer battery life but I'd want to take it out with me and that middle one looks huge if the outer ones are the same as the one I just got :/

Edit: You edited as I was posting...that one is big...

Yeah it's great ^^ Like I said I'd order another one if it wasn't for the fact I'd feel like I'm missing out on trying another type when I'm buying another one anyway. I forgot that I can use all of the same components from the Riva set...that's great! I'd have to buy another drip tip (think that's the name) because right now I'm using the white plastic ring, but on the Riva there's also that additional piece of metal that covers the carto and screws on to the battery...what's that called? Does it have any purpose other than aesthetics?

Also in the review I watched he said he likes to use HR cartos to allow for greater flexibility in voltage ranges but a lot of people prefer lower. There are two of us so I'll need more cartos anyway, just wondering whether to go for the HR or stick with standard or low...what's the general consensus of people using twists?

Thanks very much for your help!

The additional piece of metal that covers the cartos on Riva/egos is called a cone :)

If you are going for the twist, I reckon it would be best for you to go for SR (standard resistance) cartos - same as you will have got with your Riva kit.

Out of interest, have you tried the Vision ego clearomiser you got with your kit yet? You can also use that on the Twist.

Is the cone there for a reason or is it simply for looks? It doesn't seem to do anything so I'll probably just skip getting another one.

I haven't tried the clearomiser yet. I really want to, but so far I've tried 3 out of my 5 flavours and none of them are a flavour I feel I want to vape all day and the clearomiser looks like something you'd use for a more permanent flavour. I'm going to order a few more flavours with my next order, less dessert-type and more fruity and will hopefully find one I love and I'll use that in the clearomiser ^^

I'm going to look into the Vision Spinner too because I've just seen a thread showing the Spinner 1300 next to a Twist 1100 and the size is much more reasonable. It's not as thin but I think I'd prefer losing some of the height.
