So i thought i'd share this with the forum members to see if anyone has had the same experience

i have been a pack a day smoker for over twenty years and was on holiday over Christmas and saw the movie "tourist" with Johnny Depp.
the part when he was smoking an electronic cigarette made such an impression on me that i started doing a lot of research. when i say a lot, i mean a whole ton of research (weeks worth).

Stumbled onto this and other forums, read reviews, noob questions and answers, youtube vids and finally decided on the eGO to get started with.
i live overseas and the idea of vaping is a totally new/foreign concept where i'm from (i'm African by the way).
my friend who lives in the states is due to visit in two weeks so i ordered the eGo with a few accessories, spare bats, carts, LR atts etcs for when he was coming.
Few days later, stumbled upon a Boge Leo and ordered that from another website, also with a few accessories.
Few days later again, stumbled on the Tornado tank system and i have yet again ordered the kit with a few accessories (the idea of not dripping and messing with carts was exciting)
I must mention i have also ordered about 200-300 mls of different flavored juices to go with everything.

The kicker: i have never tried an electronic cigarette before :p and was wondering with three different kits, which one do i start with.

I know this is all overboard but the idea of vaping at home, in my car, at the office and stealth vaping is so exciting i might end up spending a thousand bucks before i even try one!

Congrats on your choice(s). lol. Don't I have some of the same......
Resarching vendors, forums (now signed up here 2day).
Sounds as if you will get a "heads on" start due to sensible choices of gear, and a multitude of juice to select from.

My own current savings from standard cigs. are like $500 in RED after little over a month of vaping :)
But - I'm equipped for at least a couple of months, where the break even will come.

And - it's fun to eventually mix and dilute e.t.c.

Hope for a good vaping experience for you.

Edit: Tornado tank and eGo will match! With Leo - I'm not certain...even if it looks close
(I have both Tornado(s) and Janty eGo(s), btw)

LOL - I love the title of your post - NOOB GONE WILD! Heeheeeheeeee! Like you, I jumped in with both feet and have become quite the vapor enthusiast! I started with the cigarette look alikes - first the RN4081, then the 510, then the 901. Then I started ordering accessories, exploring ejuices, etc. It all adds up to quite a few hundred dollars but it has been rewarding and fun! Every time I order something, I am like a child at Christmas - and can't wait for the mailman :) There is a MOD (custom modified electronic vaping devices) database here that will blow your mind! I have been drooling for a couple of mods for weeks now -- but have to lay off the ordering for a little while so my dear husband won't become so alarmed at the $$ I am spending on vaping! Just wanted you to know that there are others like you out here :) Welcome and Get your Vape ON!

I know the feeling exactly! I'm waiting on my kits in the mail (2 x 510, 2 x ego, lots of ejuice from 3 suppliers.About 210 ml. OMG! Snickerdoodle! Smokes that taste like cookies!). I had only heard of ecigs in passing and just assumed it was another scam or something that probably wasn't very good or perhaps not safe.
Last Friday I started Googling ecigs because I was making myself sick trying to cut down and/or go cold turkey. Seriously, I've been on edge and feeling sick to my stomach for weeks. I had finally given up...again! Then I found this forum were so many people had found a somewhat safe alternative and some, after a time, even quit it all. And for many, perhaps not all, the switch was super fast and easy. I was in a state of shock and amazement. I spent all weekend learning and ordering about as fast as I could. I was in a frenzy! I only just barely stopped to eat. I am somewhat calm again, but its the ANTICIPATION that is killing me now. Whats worse, we have ice all over the roads so I may have to wait a few extra days.

Well, I'm off to the garage to smoke an analog and try to imagine what it would taste like if it were a cookie, pecan pie, monkey bread, chocolate, coffee espresso, waffles w/blueberry, or caramel popcorn.....

Hahaha - all good stuff I think!

Oh BTW - you came to the wrong place if you want to stop shopping!

Some notes - I have none of those PVs. But atomizers come with primer on them that tastes nasty. SO before using a new atomizer, blow it out into a tissue. Then you can either...

1. prime the mesh bridge with some (3 drops or so) juice, wait a minute, and vape that off without inhaling (don't vape until its totally dry - just close). Then prime some more and vape and see if it tastes ok. If note, vape more without inhaling etc.
or
2. wash it and let it dry - you can run some warm water though it (not too hard a stream) and/or rinse in clear non-sweet alcohol then shake it out and use a blow dryer to dry it if you are in a hurry (I imagine you will be). then prime, wait a minute, and use
or
3. most dangerous - burn it off. Don't point it at your face. Press battery button no more than 4 seconds - you should hear crackles or puff of vapor. Do a few more times. I don't do this unless I have a spare atty. When done, prime and use.

Also - I don't know if you can rinse and dry the tank (I do not have one). A couple have reported a plastic taste when it's new.

Grats on your purchases and welcome!!
