Normally I would post this on the right thread but it won't let me post and I've done more than 5...So I've been mixing and using the DIY method but just want to make sure my math is correct before I make more. I bought 50/50 VG/PG pre mixed with 18mg/mL nico and let's say for the sake of argument cherry flavoring.

It's a 15mL bottle. So 1.5 mL cherry flavoring, and 13.5mL of the 50/50 VG/PG 18mg nico. Is that right??? Cuz that would be 18mg x 13.5mL = 243 mg of nicotine per bottle. Then I divide that by the total mL. So it would be 243/15=16.2mg/mL of nicotine. It's below 18 mg but still at a solid vaping nicotine level. Yes or no??

Thanks,
Kyle

Yep, and that method - figuring total mgs of nic divided by total final volume - that is SAFE AND SOUND.
A good doublecheck of any other math you do.
I use and recommend the EJuiceMeUp calculator, if you use a PC.
It has a bunch of built-in recipes, and lets you SAVE AS when you mix a batch, so you can recreate your masterpiece recipe.
It's good when you get into trickier things like getting the 50/50 right, even though your flavoring is PG...
(that's why if you continue to DIY, you'll probably end up with some PG, some VG, and some stronger Nic base).

Have fun!
