How's it going y'all! I have been vaping for six months now. I started on a Green Smoke then moved to a vivi nova and ego 650, then protank mini and ego 900, then protank 2/3 on a vision spinner 1300. I got my first mech/mod three months ago and it is a K100 with an IGO-T RDA that I learned to build dual coil/silica wick set ups on. I use either 18350 or 18650 batteries. Recently I made the move to RBAs and got the AGAT-3 and more recently the RSST because the AGAT3s capacity was too small and I was filling it 2-3 times a day. Both RBAs have 400ss mesh wicks and 10wrap micro coils and I drilled out the air holes on the caps. My current rig is the RSST on a stainless steel Chi You clone with an 18650. I mainly vape 18mg Vaperite honey horn tobacco (Vaperite is a good local B&M in Atlanta that makes all their own juices). On my RDA I drip 12mg Bobas Bounty.

I started vaping when I entered treatment for drug/alcohol addiction. 1/21/14 marks 6 months clean and sober for me! It also marks the last day I had an analog cig! With the help of e cigs, over the past six months I have gone from over a pack and a half a day to zero analogs!

I just wanted to introduce myself and share experience and love of vaping. I am interested in starting to do DIY juices so this forum will be a great help for research. If anyone has any tips or resources for DIY juice hit me up! I would also love a great recipe for Bobas Bounty or a honey cured tobacco clone.

Happy vaping y'all!

Hi :)
I'm also a noob… even more-so it seems haha.
I do have a lot in common with ya though. I am 48 days out of drug treatment, & doing fantastic! I quit analogs almost 3 weeks ago after smoking for… I cringe to even type this because it makes me feel so damn old lol, 18 years. I never thought I would be able too, but thanks to my ecig I haven't even looked back. I've completely started my life over, and hope… no I WILL, get it right the second time around :)

Congrats from a fellow noob, (to this forum). Sounds like you've come a long way in 6 months. If I'm not mistaken, you sound like a gadget guy who likes to tinker with set-ups to get the most out of the vaping experience. I'm the same way. Vaping has plenty of gadgets and reading material (most of the useful stuff is here at this forum).
Happy vaping!

@BeyondAnyTherapy: ironic handle! But congrats to u on your new found sobriety as well. It's a long hard road to trudge but my life is drastically improving and I'm sure yours will/is as well!

@hollis: yeah I am a gadget guy, my other big hobby is guitar and I am starting To build guitar pedals as well.

Thanks for the hospitality y'all!
