It depends a lot on what you want to accomplish. After I got the rip off ecig, I went with an ego system for a year and read a bunch. It's only one way of doing it but I kicked analogs that way.

Here's the reason you'll get an ego recommendation. They're all over the place, you can get a lot of stuff for them (VV batteries, different atties, bling if you want it, bunch of stuff. They're not the best set up compared to some of the more expensive mods (Provari, Darwin, Buzz, etc.). Y

You also might want to look into a bottom feeder. They're really easy to use and you can get a bunch of different atties for them depending on how you want to vape.

Clear as mud huh?

I started with a KD808 cig style automatic battery, 16mg mint and tobacco. it was ok.. I helped me quit smokes, but I was sucking on the thing almost constantly, both batteries would have to be charged several times per day. I bought some refill juice, discovered Wonderful flavors and that a couple drops of juice will kill an automatic battery in no time flat! then I got a CE2 wick and tank style cartomizer and a larger (380 mh) battery for the 808 and it was much better, but I still had a battery problem. I read so much about the ego-T that I bought a T-Rex,(thinking is was an EGO) it's a very similar unit with a 1000 ma battery, the performance of the same carto was better. I tried using the atty, for me it is more of a hassle, but if you want a really big hit it's nice! I like the CE2 style for the convenience and flavor factors.
The 510 series and at least a 650 ma battery. For reliable Vaping a larger capacity battery is better, the voltage rating is a preference.

I might add that I went from 16 mg to 12 mg tried 18 and decided 24 is what worked for me. as an unintended side benefit my 2 - 3 Monster drinks per day stopped and I drink less than half of the coffee I used to.
