Noob Question about cartomizers

Been vaping about a week in a half. I'm in love. Thought I loved it when I got my first prefille e-cig until I refilled one with my e-juice. Awesome !! Anyway I would just like to know if the 808 and 808d cartos/batteries are the same. I've searched the internet and can't find a picture or site that answers my question. Thank You

It depends.

KR808D-1 is what we call 808 and KR8 here - that is the popular model also used by V4L, V2, I think Cig2Go and Cig2O. And the rubberized models Bloogplanet/SmokelessImage/Halocigs G6 are KR808D-1 threaded

KR808D-2 aka E9 - is incompatible. That is Greensmoke and Red Dragon and maybe White Cloud. To use KR808D-1 stuff requires an adapter from leCig (D2 to D1)

808A and 808B - these are tiny models by the same manufacturer. These models are not sold at any US vendors I know of.


If you are looking at a vendor's stuff and they are just calling it 808D then I recommend asking them which 808D they mean. Whate evr you are looking at is probably KR808D-1 but I would ask to be sure.

I do know Vapesafe 808D cartos are KR808D-1. And Volcano might sell their "Volcano" model 808 something but it is definitely not KR808D-1 but instead is a tiny 90mah L88b model. And either Madvapes or Gotvapes calls KR808D-1 cartos 808D
